Food pyramid ~Paragraph


    Food pyramid is a chart to show the five groups of foods. This chart tells us how much of each group of food we should eat. The base or the bottom of the pyramid contains bread, cereals, rice, noodles, potatoes etc. We should eat plenty of these foods. There are some fresh fruits and vegetables in the next group. We must eat them regularly. As we go up the pyramid, we can find dairy products such as, milk, cheese etc. There are also meat, fish, beans, nuts and eggs. We should eat these food items moderately. They are very important for health but we don’t need too much of them. And at the top we have fats, oils, sweets etc. We should eat very little of these food.
